People who fear failure may stick to their comfort zone and refuse to take any risks that could lead them to progress. This can lead them to stagnate in their careers and lack the experience needed to advance. Some people may seem to be selfindulgent in business because they do not see their goals clearly or lack a clear strategy to achieve those goals. Without a clear vision and strategy, a person may tend to work on task after task without a clear plan or goal.Also, some people can allow themselves to make it difficult for themselves to move forward because of the fear of change.

Change can be scary and unpleasant, so many people prefer to stay in their current situation, even if it is not ideal, than to face change. Through this short example, everything has been told to you, but my goal is to influence you and make you change so focus on these few tips that I recommend you to work on yourself to awaken the desire to change. Reflect on your actions, reactions and thoughts to better understand yourself and your environment. Education - Learning new things can help develop your spiritual readiness. Reading books, attending seminars or courses, listening to lectures or talking to people who have similar interests can help expand your knowledge and understanding of the world. Changing habits - Changing habits can be difficult, but it can also be a key step towards achieving a goal. Identify the habits you want to change and gradually change them. This may include adjusting your daily schedule, changing your diet, or adopting new hobbies. It is important to be persistent and patient in this process.
